Abstract: While Agile has become mainstream, it is still considered in many cases to be most applicable to Engineering or Product development. We will discuss a more holistic need for adoption of Agile in the organization based on some scenarios and case studies that lead to better business outcomes. I’ll also play video snippets that are relevant in this context by leaders who have vast experience in these areas and have everyone engage in discussions on key topics.
