Abstract:
The session objective is to present our philosophy of managing agile framework for scaled up version. The key focus being managing customer changing priorities and ensure reduced time to market using the agile platform, at the same time how efficiencies can be built using integrated DevOps model. The session is also dedicated to present our journey of managing large programs using agile with scaled version and share challenges and how we managed mitigations for such challenges. This session is expected to provide a practical view to the audiences how key principles of agile philosophy can be used in as-is form or with some tailor-made amendment’s to ensure a successful journey for our customers.
