Alka is a seasoned agile coach who has experience in coaching IT and business in adopting agile operating model. She has gained agile coaching experience in different industrial domains including banking and financial services, hi-tech products, automobile electronics, and insurance to enable agile transformation. She has not only enabled agile adoption in not only the digital space, but also has experience in enabling business-driven delivery while adopting agile ways of working in the Analytics space – Data warehouse and Business Intelligence.
Alka has 19+ years IT experience with 12+ experience in the Agile space while working as an Agile consultant and coach, practitioner, TCS’ agile requirements elicitation methodology, and guiding teams to deliver adopting agile ways of working. In addition to her experience as an agile coach she has experience in guiding delivery of tools in the software requirements management and delivering user centric design.
